I spent seventeen years at Sonos — starting in 2008 when it was just a handful of us repairing connected speakers in Europe. I went from level 1 support (yes, I saved Christmas playlists at 2 a.m.) to leading global partnerships, multilingual teams, and cross-functional launches with Disney, Spotify, and IKEA.
I've managed 24/7 escalations, safety incidents, AI deployments that finished ahead of schedule, and customer data security processes—because I don't expect perfection. I've written crisis playbooks, quarterly tech audits, and processes that scale without breaking.
In March 2025, we parted ways: the corporate machine no longer suited me, and I no longer fit into their mold. I had done my time, and I was ready to start over on my own path. I wanted to help real people grow, not just tick KPIs.
Today MONAD EDGE is me: a senior brain, no layers, no fluff. I do strategy + ops — diagnostics, workflow cleanup, roadmap building — remotely or on site, clear rates (€720 to €950/day, -12.5% on packages).
