Deloitte, McKinsey, PwC, EY, KPMG, or Gallup are not owned by large corporate groups, banks, private equity funds, or tech giants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">In fact : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ext-animate--on\">\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Deloitte, PwC, EY, and KPMG are global networks owned by their local partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">McKinsey remains a private partnership fully owned by its senior directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Gallup is owned by its employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">As a result, the real capital owners are the partners themselves. Profits flow directly back to them. Moreover, they have created:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ext-animate--on\">\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Dedicated implementation teams that only make real money when clients buy and install specific software platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Strategic alliances with major vendors (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce\u2026) that generate commissions or preferred-partner deals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Investment arms or financial vehicles for the partners (such as Deloitte Ventures or the former MIO Partners at McKinsey) that sometimes create subtle conflicts of interest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">The result? Consultants often quietly turn a \u20ac200k strategy project into a \u20ac5M\u2013\u20ac10M \u201cfull transformation\u201d\u2026 simply because that\u2019s where the big follow-on fees are. I do not have a central database. I do not train any models with your information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">I only use it as a personal and local tool:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ext-animate--on\">\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">To follow the news in real time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">To help me write or structure a report<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">To improve a visual or reformat a document<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on translation-block\"><strong>Concrete example<\/strong>: You give me a 40-page report. I can ask a local model to provide a clear summary or a new visualization in 3 minutes. But as soon as it's done, I delete everything. Nothing is saved. Your data stays with you and only with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on translation-block\">It\u2019s safer, more ethical, and above all <strong>aligned with your interests<\/strong> rather than with those of a large firm seeking to monetize your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\"><em><strong>The final result <\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">Big firms are not \u201cevil.\u201d Yet they are structured to sell more and more.
