I went from level 1 support (yes, I saved Christmas playlists at 2 a.m.) to leading global partnerships, multilingual teams, and cross-functional launches with Disney, Spotify, and IKEA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on\">I've managed 24\/7 escalations, safety incidents, AI deployments that finished ahead of schedule, and customer data security processes\u2014because I don't expect perfection. I've written crisis playbooks, quarterly tech audits, and processes that scale without breaking.<br>In March 2025, we parted ways: the corporate machine no longer suited me, and I no longer fit into their mold. I had done my time, and I was ready to start over on my own path.
